Clear rules make good partnerships. Below is the plain-language version of how working with WeoAds operates — for advertisers, publishers and managed-service clients alike.
1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of WeoAds products and services, operated by WeoAds (5900 Balcones Drive STE 100, Austin, TX 78731). Using our site, platform or managed services means you accept them.
2. Accounts
Advertiser and publisher accounts require accurate details and verification. You are responsible for credentials, tracking setup and keeping payment information current. We may suspend accounts for fraud, policy breaches or unpaid balances.
3. Campaigns & traffic quality
We deliver across vetted supply with AI + manual fraud filtering (99.9% clean-traffic target). Advertisers must supply compliant creatives and landing pages; prohibited verticals and misleading claims are rejected. Reporting in the dashboard is the source of truth for billing.
4. Payments & payouts
Advertisers prepay or are invoiced per insertion order; publishers are paid weekly after reconciliation and fraud review. Disputed clicks or conversions must be raised within 7 days with evidence.
5. Acceptable use
No bots, incentivized fraud, malware, phishing, or content violating law or platform policies. Reverse-engineering the platform, reselling access, or interfering with other accounts leads to termination.
6. Intellectual property
Our platform, creatives framework and documentation remain ours. Campaign assets you provide remain yours; you grant us a license to run and optimize them for your campaigns.
7. Liability
Services are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or third-party platform changes.
